My interests in Fitness and Pilates led me to attain the following certifications:
Fitness (AFTA certified) and Pilates (AMFPT certified), BioCored Level 2 Licensed
Pilates is an amazing body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in your legs, abs, arms, hips and the back. It places emphasis on the importance of spinal and pelvic alignments while focusing on creating a strong core or center as well as breathing. It’s great for improving one’s coordination and balance.
I work on a personal basis with my students and create modified exercises specifically suited to their level of fitness and flexibility. Pilates is an amazing addition for those wanting to improve their muscle tone, balance and posture. It has proven to be quite beneficial for those with lower back pain and lumbar issues who are in need of improving their spinal structure and strengthening their back.
