"I only recently got into exercising in the last year. And although I'd joined a gym and had really enjoyed yoga, a Pilates class seemed really hard core. I'd heard about the great results with Pilates but also that it was so hard. I just wasn't sure I was up to it. Plus there is the whole thing about trying something new and its different and you worry you'll be the one in the class singled out repeatedly for doing it wrong. Well forget all of that! Donna made me feel incredibly at ease - when an exercise was too hard she showed me variations so that I could still get a benefit. The hour just flies by and I never was too sore
to the next morning. Needless to say, the results were incredible. My waist and belly - the core group - had benefits within the first few weeks. And now when I look in the mirror while we exercise our legs I can actually see my thigh muscles. Yes, real muscles! Donna is so caring and I love that we start each session with a prayer. Donna doesn't stop at being the class instructor - she really cares about your life and how things are going in and outside the gym. I can't recommend this class enough! Like they say - "just do it!
